We've published authoritative texts on Surface Ice Rescue, Public Safety Diving, and Ice Diving Operations through Fire Engineering/Pennwell Publishing. We founded RIPTIDE, a nonprofit devoted to homicidal drowning investigation, recovery operations, and accident prevention for public safety personnel.
